All Encourageville products are made to order — printed just for you when you place your order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or change-of-mind reasons.

However, if there's a problem with your order, we've got you covered.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a reprint or refund.

To get started, email us at info@encourageville.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

We'll handle everything from there.

 

Please note:

  • We are not responsible for orders with incorrect addresses provided at checkout

  • Lost packages must be reported within 30 days of the estimated delivery date

  • Minor print placement variations of up to ½ inch are considered within normal production tolerance
